What should I do when the dormitory doesn’t work? |
First, make sure that your hardware and software settings are correct; you can connect your computer to a network port that works well, if the network is still unreachable then it’s your PC’s problem. Ask your dormitory neighbors if their network works as well, if theirs doesn’t work either, connect to the Dormitory Network System Website http://www.cc.ncu.edu.tw/studdorm and request for a repair |

I've registered the wrong MAC Address, where can I change it? |
Connect to the Dormitory Network System Website, log on at the使用者專區 (Users Area), select <查詢/修改資料> (Inquire/Change my info) and press the <修改網路卡卡號> (Modify my MAC address) button to correct your MAC address. If you would like to change your network port, then you need to go the Computer Center Office and ask the teacher to change it for you (in office hours). |
