General Services ＞ ComputerCenter Announcement – 2006 Procedures for Applying the Freshman Account (Transferring Students Included)

1. From 2006, September 1st use your personal data to initiate and configure your account’s password.

2. Accounts of transferring students and students who resume their studies will initiate and configure their account from 2006 September 8th.

3. The SPARC account provides an email account (username@cc.ncu.edu.tw) and a personal web space (http://web.cc.ncu.edu.tw/~username).

4. The account will receive announcements of events of the campus irregularly.

5. The account can be used to apply for dial-up connection account, student’s dormitory network and use of the terminal’s computer and printer.

6. Please go on-line to register your personal information and after the system’s confirmation, it will inform you about the account name then you can configure your account’s password. The account will become effective one day after.

8. The original Unix Account Applying Form needs no to be hand in.
