(一)資通安全責任等級分級辦法第11條暨附表十「資通系統防護基準」存取控制構面遠端存取控制措施。

(二 ) 行 政 院 資 通 安 全 處 1 1 0 年 3 月 2 日 院 臺 護 字 第1 1 0 0 1 6 5 7 6 1 號 函 。

二、 各機關開放機關內部同仁及委外廠商進行遠端維護資通系統，應採「原則禁止、例外允許」方式辦理。 為提升本校整體資通安全防護， 115年7月13日起，校園骨幹網路將全面阻擋「自校外連入」之遠端桌面連線。

三、 如有校外連線至校內設備之作業需求， 請先經過本校虛擬私人網路（VPN） 認證後，再進行遠端桌面操作：

(一)校內教職員生：

１、 認證帳號為本校單一登入系統帳號(Portal 帳號)。

２、 請使用「GlobalProtect VPN」連線。

(二)委外廠商：

１、 請先填妥「國立中央大學遠端連線開放使用申請單」， 經本校委外單位提出申請。

２、 核准後提供登入帳號資訊。

３、 請使用「SSLVPN」服務連線。

Notice: New Security Policies for Remote Desktop Access (Effective July 13, 2026)

 

To enhance campus cybersecurity, National Central University will enforce a strict remote access policy starting July 13, 2026. Direct remote desktop connections from outside the campus network will be entirely blocked.

All remote access to on-campus servers and equipment must be conducted through the university's Virtual Private Network (VPN). Please follow the appropriate guidelines below based on your identity:

1. For NCU Faculty, Staff, and Students

• Authentication: Use your NCU Single Sign-On (Portal) account.

• VPN Client: Please connect via GlobalProtect VPN.

• User Guide: Detailed instructions can be found at NCU GlobalProtect VPN Wiki.

2. For External Contractors and Vendors

• Application Process: Before connecting, please fill out the "National Central University Remote Connection Application Form" and submit it through your sponsoring NCU department.

• Account Provision: Your login credentials will be provided once the application is reviewed and approved.

• VPN Client: Please connect via the dedicated SSLVPN service.
