Password Change (For users who know their current password)

  • Students: Your Portal account is the same as your E-Mail account. Please click the link below to log in to the Portal system and change your password.
  • Faculty and Staff: Your Portal account and E-Mail account are different. Please log in to the Portal system using your E-Mail account to change your password.
    • Note: Logging in with your E-Mail account only allows you to change your password. You will not have access to administrative systems (e.g., HR, document systems). If you need to use these systems, please log in with your Portal account instead.

Password Reset (For users who forgot their password)

  • In-Person Request
    • Please bring a valid ID (e.g., student ID, staff ID) to the Computer Center Service Desk. Our staff will verify your identity and assist you with resetting your password on-site.
  • Online Request
    • If you cannot come in person, please scan or photograph a valid ID (e.g., student ID, staff ID) and email it to: ncucc@cc.ncu.edu.tw. In your email, please also provide an external email address where you can receive messages. After identity verification, the system will send a randomly generated password, which you can then use to log in and change to your personal password.
    • Identity verification will be completed within three business days at the latest.
