Description:

To provide better and more immediate consultation services to all faculty, staff, and students, the Computing Center has added an online customer service window using the Line@ account as a service tool. This service started trial operation on November 1, 2017, and officially began on February 1, 2018.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a message, and we will be happy to assist you.

Online Customer Service Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00~17:00 (Break from 12:00~13:00)

Note:

  • The online customer service only provides preliminary consultation. For further assistance, we will refer you to the appropriate personnel.

Services Provided:

  • Consultation on various services offered by the Computing Center.
  • Registration for repairs of various network issues.
  • Account login issues and password changes.
  • Email setup and sending/receiving issues.
  • Rules and usage of computer classroom reservations.

How to Use:

  • Please use the Line@ account to access the online customer service.
